About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated CRM Manager to drive the execution of top-tier campaigns. This role is key to the CRM team, ensuring flawless delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple verticals. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders, and optimising promotional efforts to enhance player engagement in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute acquisition and retention campaigns in emerging markets;
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement high-impact promotions;
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure effectiveness;
• Develop and execute strong communication plans for marketing initiatives;
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with internal and external regulations;
• Support the execution of independent CRM projects as needed.
