Key Responsibilities:- CRM Management:
Input and manage CRM data
Monitor and follow up on tasks set within the CRM, including emails to potential clients.
- Website and Platform Management:
Oversee and update the company’s website to ensure current information is displayed.
Maintain company’s presence on various platforms and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Contact Tracking and Research:
Track and research contacts who have moved or are unresponsive to emails and calls.
Create lists of contacts who are not engaging with materials or communications.
Conduct research via LinkedIn, prospect websites, and other sources to confirm contact information and employment status.
Identify replacement contacts and update CRM with new information, ensuring continued engagement.
- Marketing and Miscellaneous Tasks:
Participate in weekly calls with the marketing team to discuss strategies and updates.
