Job title: Business Development Executive
Continuously expanding audit firm, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and strengthen it's market presence.
Responsibilities:
This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:
· Identify and engage potential clients for audit, tax, and advisory services.
· Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client portfolio.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and
competitive threats.
· Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing
materials.
· Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
·Track and analyze business development performance, providing regular
updates to management.
· Work closely with the audit and tax teams to tailor service offerings to client
needs.
· Develop partnerships with corporate and financial institutions to drive
business growth.
· Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client
experience.
· Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client
relationships.
· Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports in CRM systems.
Requirements: The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in audit, finance, or professional services).
· Strong understanding of audit, tax, and financial advisory services.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Fluency in English & Greek (any other languages is considered an advantage).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
