Dutch Speaking Responsible Gaming Executive

• Fluent/native Dutch language skills (speaking, reading & writing).
• Monitoring player activities and responding as per company policies.
• Minimum of one year's experience in online gaming.

Boston Link is currently seeking Responsible Gaming Executives for one of our clients in sunny Malta. 

This role involves monitoring player activities, acting as a point of contact for the Customer Service & Fraud team, and directly engaging with brand players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring player activities and responding as per company policies
• Accurate recording of actions for future reporting
• Escalation support for responsible gambling inquiries
• Proactive contact with customers to ensure responsible gaming
• Daily communication with the Responsible Gaming Manager
• Collaboration with the CSF Team and relevant stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Fluent/native Dutch language skills (speaking, reading & writing)
• Strong English communication skills
• Minimum of one year's experience in online gaming (responsible gaming experience is a plus)
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet business demands
• Attention to detail
• Effective prioritization and decision-making abilities
• Relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with UKGC and other relevant regulatory bodies' regulations
• Compassion and willingness to travel to the Netherlands for compliance/RG training as required
