Role Overview:

As a CRM Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing campaigns and driving engagement. From emails and rich inbox messages to landing pages and translations, you’ll manage campaign operations throughout their life cycle, ensuring the highest quality player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in campaign creation and CRM operations across various products;
• Manage fulfillment processes, including crediting and bonus distribution;
• Copywriting and localization for targeted campaigns;
• Ensure alignment with cross-department communication strategies;
• Track and analyze campaign performance;
• Lead independent projects assigned by the CRM team.

Your Profile:

• Experience in iGaming and CRM (a plus);
• Strong English proficiency (bonus if multilingual);
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Critical thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments;
• Flexibility to adapt and tackle challenges head-on;
• Availability for 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend support.
