CTO/Lead Developer (Remote)

We are looking for a CTO/Lead Developer (Remote) who can be hands-on and lead a small team of front-end developers. This role is for a White-Label Crypto Casino that is set to launch soon.
  
Hard Skills:

• Advanced expertise in Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and clean coding practices.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience with frontend (React, styled-components, Tailwind CSS) and backend (REST, GraphQL, serverless).
• CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Actions) and DevOps familiarity.
• Performance optimization (scalability, SEO, caching, CDNs).

  
Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Proven experience in team mentoring, code reviews, and enforcing coding standards.
• Effective project management with Agile/Scrum and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  
Seniority & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Developer.
• 10+ years of overall industry experience.
