Responsibilities:
This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:
· Strong knowledge of VAT regulations, reporting, and compliance requirements.
· Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with regulations.
· Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of management accounts.
· Experience in accounting and preparation of financial statements and reconciling accounts.
· Reconcile VAT accounts and ensure proper documentation.
· Process invoices and manage bookkeeping tasks.
· Work with accounting software to record and manage financial transactions.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
· ACCA qualified or actively working towards completion.
· Experience in VAT compliance, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities
· Proficient in accounting software (e.g.E-soft, Odoo)
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
· Effective teamwork and independent working capabilities
· Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
· IT literate and adaptable
· High integrity and a positive, can-do attitude
