About the Role:
We are growing our Business Development team and are looking for a highly driven individual with strong sales experience in the online payments industry. The role involves:
- Ø Generating demand for our payment solutions through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and targeted sales campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
- Ø Developing and executing business and account strategies, ensuring continuous growth within an assigned customer base.
- Ø Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level and Senior Executives, to effectively position our solutions.
- Ø Managing complex sales cycles from lead identification to closure using a consultative sales approach.
- Ø Forecasting sales opportunities and leveraging sales tools for effective account management and customer engagement.
- Ø Collaborating closely with the tech, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Ø Staying informed about market trends, competitive activity, and product developments to maintain a strategic edge.
Experience: - Ø 3+ years of sales experience in the financial services or online payments industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Ø Strong background in consultative selling, prospecting, account management, and closing deals.
- Ø Ability to develop compelling proposals and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Ø High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Ø Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ø Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
