The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and providing exceptional support to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Recording transactions in the portal system, conducting due diligence screenings, inputting data, and extracting reports.
- Preparing contracts, pricing letters, and related documentation.
- Reviewing and verifying transaction documentation.
- Settling transactions and ensuring all financial operations are executed smoothly.
- Supporting management in project implementation and operational tasks.
- Performing additional duties as required based on experience and role level.
- Staying up to date and adhering to the latest AML/CFT policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Required- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Finance or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Relevant qualifications or knowledge in trade finance will be considered an asset.
