Trade Finance Officer/Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and providing exceptional support to clients.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Recording transactions in the portal system, conducting due diligence screenings, inputting data, and extracting reports.
• Preparing contracts, pricing letters, and related documentation.
• Reviewing and verifying transaction documentation.
• Settling transactions and ensuring all financial operations are executed smoothly.
• Supporting management in project implementation and operational tasks.
• Performing additional duties as required based on experience and role level.
• Staying up to date and adhering to the latest AML/CFT policies and procedures.

  
Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Relevant qualifications or knowledge in trade finance will be considered an asset.
