Performance Marketeer with focus on Social Media

Our client is a leading online lead generation company specialising in iGaming, Finance, Health, and Communications. They’re looking for a creative and motivated Performance Marketer with expertise in social media advertising, SEM, programmatic marketing, and funnel optimisation. This role involves overseeing multiple websites, managing paid marketing campaigns, and optimising user conversion strategies.

As a Product Owner, you will have full commercial and product responsibility, requiring a mix of entrepreneurial thinking, strategic leadership, and hands-on execution. You’ll work with freelancers, developers, designers, and content teams to scale products and drive performance autonomously.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage key projects, own strategy & execution, and drive conversion rates;
• Develop the product vision & roadmap, aligning with business goals;
• Oversee the full customer journey, from traffic acquisition to on-site conversion;
• Work with paid marketing, design, and content teams to optimise campaigns and user experience;
• Set up and manage budgets for various products;
• Analyse data to optimise performance and improve conversion rates;
• Identify new growth opportunities to expand revenue streams;
• Drive a test-and-learn culture, optimising landing pages and A/B testing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product/Project Manager in digital marketing;
• Strong knowledge of PPC and/or paid social marketing (Google Ads, Meta, etc.);
• Experience in funnel optimisation, conversion tracking, and analytics;
• Proven ability to translate user journeys into product strategies;
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Background in iGaming (casino/sports betting) is a plus;
• Experience with CRM tools is beneficial;
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
