Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Finnish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a growing team in the dynamic iGaming industry. You will be the first point of contact for players, providing top-tier support and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via live chat and email to Finnish-speaking players
  • Assist with inquiries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, and general troubleshooting
  • Work closely with internal departments (payments, tech, compliance) to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and responsible gaming guidelines
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and player satisfaction
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-focused tone in every interaction
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written)
  • Strong command of English
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the iGaming sector
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred:
  • Experience with live chat platforms and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of online casino games and customer journeys
