Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Finnish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a growing team in the dynamic iGaming industry. You will be the first point of contact for players, providing top-tier support and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service via live chat and email to Finnish-speaking players
- Assist with inquiries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, and general troubleshooting
- Work closely with internal departments (payments, tech, compliance) to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and responsible gaming guidelines
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes and player satisfaction
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-focused tone in every interaction
Requirements:- Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written)
- Strong command of English
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the iGaming sector
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred:- Experience with live chat platforms and CRM tools
- Knowledge of online casino games and customer journeys
