A leading iGaming brand is seeking a passionate, results-driven, and highly experienced
Country Manager to lead operations in India. This role will focus on driving growth, overseeing branding, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
The
Country Manager will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies, analyzing competition, and identifying key opportunities to expand the brand’s presence. This individual will collaborate across departments to ensure effective execution of marketing, acquisition, and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business strategies to drive market growth and increase market share in India;
- Provide market insights, including competitor analysis, identifying gaps, and suggesting actionable improvements;
- Identify opportunities to expand brand awareness and attract new customers;
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies;
- Guide the Acquisition team in developing profitable acquisition strategies, including affiliate recruitment and retention;
- Work with the CRM & Promotions teams to shape local promotions and retention initiatives;
- Support the Partnerships team in leveraging social media, influencers, and other marketing channels;
- Monitor key metrics and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on performance.
Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in iGaming or digital entertainment.
- Strong understanding of the Indian gaming market, regulations, and consumer behavior;
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across teams;
- Proficiency in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies;
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with a focus on business growth;
- Fluency in English is required; Hindi or other regional languages are a plus;
- Proven track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience within the Indian iGaming or online casino industry;
- Familiarity with iGaming platforms, casino games, and customer engagement strategies;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
