The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) holds ultimate responsibility for the company’s global Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
The ideal candidate must be based in Malta or open to relocating there
In close collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and CMO, the CCO will lead the development, optimisation, and ownership of the global P&L forecast. This role will work across revenue, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and control commercial costs.
The CCO will oversee and continuously enhance both global and local commercial strategies to ensure consistent revenue generation. These strategies must be fully aligned with the broader company goals and directives set by the Board of Directors.
Working across all business functions, the CCO and their team will be responsible for the coordination and execution of key strategic initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Acquisition Strategy – Budget allocation, FTD optimisation, and maximising ROI
- Lifecycle Strategy – Maximising customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Product Strategy – Driving optimal product-market fit
Additionally, the CCO will own the business development function and lead decisions around market entry and exit. The role also includes responsibility for the ongoing professional development of the Commercial Team, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform at their best.
As part of the Executive Leadership Team, the CCO will contribute to shaping and executing the company’s overall strategic direction. They will also represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client or partner engagements when required.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Experience - Proven history of excellent leadership
- Highly numerate and analytical; confident in extracting, formulating, and analysing data
- At least 2 years at C-Level and 5+ years in senior management roles within the gaming industry
- Deep understanding of gaming ecosystems and associated KPIs
- Experience in creating and managing revenue forecasts and models aligned with gaming dynamics
