Key Responsibilities (vary by level and specialization):

• Maintain and reconcile accounting records for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare VAT returns, VIES forms, and liaise with tax authorities.
• Assist with or independently manage audit engagements.
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, VAT, and other accounts.
• Prepare and process payroll and social insurance contributions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Contribute to client service excellence and build positive relationships.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience depending on the position (ranging from entry-level to 5+ years).
• ACCA qualification or actively pursuing it is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in accounting/audit software (e.g., E-soft, Odoo).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and commitment to professional development.
