In this role, you’ll be
guiding, mentoring, and motivating a team responsible for implementing responsible gaming and compliance policies. You’ll monitor performance, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement—all while ensuring we remain fully compliant in this highly regulated industry.

What You’ll Be DoingLeadership & Team Management:- Oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, and set deadlines to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and identify training needs.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews to support employee development.
- Ensure adequate staffing and effective scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Compliance & Responsible Gaming Oversight:- Implement, develop, and monitor responsible gaming and compliance policies.
- Ensure all company policies and regulatory guidelines are followed.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory requests.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain the highest industry standards.
Process Optimization & Reporting:- Continuously evaluate team performance and process efficiency.
- Deliver reports on team productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
Collaboration & Communication:- Liaise with other departments, including legal, compliance, and customer service.
- Keep the team informed about regulatory updates and internal changes.
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new employees as needed.
What We’re Looking For Must-Have: ✔ Experience in a
leadership role and/or the gambling industry.
✔ Business-level
Dutch and English (spoken & written).
✔ Strong
communication, networking, and conflict-resolution skills. ✔ Analytical mindset with a keen eye for
process optimization and problem-solving. ✔ Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
✔ Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ✔ A
self-starter who can work independently and inspire others.
Nice-to-Have (but not required!): ✔ Experience in
Responsible Gaming, Compliance, or Legal fields.
✔ Understanding of
contact center performance metrics and evaluation methods.
✔ Knowledge of
gambling laws and industry best practices. ✔ A degree in
Law or a related field is a plus.
