Julian is CEO of Boston Link and oversees the Group's global operations. He was previously a director at Michael Page International, where he ran a number of teams covering London and international financial centres.

Julian started his recruitment career in London and has worked across specialist markets and executive search in London, Frankfurt and Sydney. He has successfully recruited thousands of talented professionals for his clients throughout his career, with many involving complex international moves. He spends time outside of work with his family and enjoys surfing, running and playing padel.

As CFO at Boston Link, Maria oversees the finance function for our group. Maria commenced her career with PWC in Malta and she has worked extensively overseas, both in PWC secondments and as a group senior accountant in Sydney, Australia for a global financial services firm. 

Whilst she's not in the office, Maria is busy spending time with her family and friends, and loves to keep up with her yoga practice. 

Lourens is responsible for Boston Link operations in Malta and the Netherlands.

Lourens has built teams for over 70% of the licensed iGaming operators in the Netherlands, developing a reputation as the go-to specialist iGaming recruiter in this territory. He has consistently led the top-performing teams in the Boston Link Malta office.  

When not in the office, Lourens likes to spend time in the gym, leading our lunchtime gym sessions and traveling the world with his family.

Ioanna leads the Boston Link business in Cyprus following the joint venture of Boston Link and Unirec. Ioanna has been at the forefront of recruitment and HR in Cyprus for over 15 years, building up an unrivalled network and track record. Prior to Boston Link, he has provided hands-on support to companies in the legal industry, not only in headhunting and search but he has also built an extensive network and other talent management-related capacities as Divisional Director - working in the financial services, compliance, and trust professional landscape in Manchester, London, Leeds, and then in the Cayman Islands. 

Tom is a qualified solicitor, where he previously held various roles and projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in Law with French from the University of Leeds.

Amanda is a specialist recruitment consultant at Boston Link, covering Fintech and iGaming across Malta and Cyprus. She has an MBA in International Business from the University of Suffolk with 10 years experience in customer service, banking operations management, sales, transactions, and client relationship management.

Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil and previously lived in Galway, Ireland, moved to sunny Malta 3 years ago. Outside of work, she loves travelling, yoga, outdoor activities and summer in Malta!

Yuliia leads the Link Talent brand for Boston Link. She takes overall responsibility for brand and business development, operational recruitment and team management.

Yuliia came to Malta from Ukraine. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management as well as a Master’s degree in Marketing.
